Regular channels without cable

Hello,
I can not afford any type of tv services only regular service with antenna.
where do i get list of channels that are available and is there a menu I can view that
shows what is showing.

you can start with a site called titantv.com It gives you an option of your source, you can filter down to what you will receive in your area.
