Relatively new Dell Inspiron laptop Fan Issue

Hello Forum,

I bought this Dell inspiron 1669-slv laptop about 1.5 years ago from Microsoft store. Weirdly, the laptop's design has fan vents facing the bottom part of the laptop which means they would be blocked by the surface the laptop is resting on every time someone uses the laptop. Not long after I bought it it started producing loud fan noises which I believe is due to internal high temperature. I sent it to warranty and they replaced the fan and reinstalled windows. However the problem is happening again with the new fan. I am kindly asking for your help in finding a solution to this issue.

Edit: I would like to note that I tried software like speedfan (before sending laptop to warranty) and all they did was increase the temperature even more

If it is under warranty, I would send it back and have them fix it correctly, doing anything yourself could void your warranty and and you may not get any further help from Dell.
