Remote mic hijacking

As the title goes, in office, i have installed all many apps and securities are very high because of data leakage purposes,

Now, i have an application in mind that i have searched many times but couldn't find, may be there has been no such app developed yet?

What i am looking for is; An ap which will be invisible, but will turn the mic of a laptop On continuously and will record the voices of surroundings.

P.S chat conversations too .

Well, for your kind info! i have mentioned that i need it for my office purpose and my employees have signed the contract that i may get data out of my in house pcs.. and they know, somehow i am still doubtful.
