remove kb:4284835 windows 10 update

i am unable to remove this update
what should i do?
i tried CMD admin, and got the error: this is a protected update

Windows 10 will always reinstall this update, even if you could remove it. Why do you wanna remove it?

anyway, i just reinstalled a fresh copy o windows and disable update in 2-3 way! problem solved
