Please could someone help?

I am trying to replace my keyboard. I am having problems unplugging the keyboard cable from the motherboard to remove the keyboard. Does anyone have any instructions or video how to do this?

I have managed to move the clip. I was just petrified breaking the clip as it wouldn't budge.
