No, laptop parts are soldered on to the motherboard. Only thing you could do is change the hard drive and memory.

Why do you want a less powerful processor? An i7 is better than an i5.

Most laptops can support a CPU upgrade. That model seems to be an HP India model only so I guess you are in India? I can't really find much about it. I suggest you contact HP. If you can upgrade it will probably be expensive.
