Replacing laptop's led panel

Hi there, my laptop's led panel broke, so i would like to replace it. I searched ebay for a panel with the exact same code(LTN140AT21-t01), but it is expensive. Is it possible to replace it with another one with the same specs (pins, resolution, size)?

Hi,

I suggest to stick with that replacement part that is exactly the same with yours trust me you'll save time and money. Chances are if you try to wing it you might just damage the part or the connectors which would lead to more money to be spent.

Actually, there is a chip on panel's board, which seems to be burned. Is it possible to replace just the board? Thank you for your answer.
