Reputable PC "Cleanup" Software?

I've installed more programs than I can even remember and I know that Control Panel's uninstaller can leave stuff behind. Is there any legit reputable software that can clean stuff like that up? Thanks

I and millions of others have been using CCleaner for years. On many, many machines. Never a problem.

I use it several times a week. (overkill, I know) Both the Clean and the Registry sections.

I'm no expert but second CCleaner.
