reset win 10 stops reset around 60%

dell just put new HD in new Laptop Inspiron. Was activating Win 10, doing updates, reboot failed said Bios could not find HD. I set bios to default ran sfc but never completed, because of protected files. Reset, Restore, and Recovery stop 60-70% says there was a problem but no info given... What to do... please help!!!

You need to contact them back. If they just replaced it, they should have done all that for you. If it won't locate the drive, then they didn't do something correctly.
