Responsive 2nd hand camera for 5 year old

I'm looking for a 2nd hand point-and-shoot digital camera to give my 5 year old daughter.
Budget probably up to £90 GBP max. So maybe something from 2 or 3 years ago?
The main feature I'm looking for is responsiveness - fast to start and minimal shutter lag.
Macro would be nice as would decent picture quality.

Nikon Coolpix S8000 seemed to tick a lot of the boxes (slow to start-up I believe). Any other suggestions?
