Hi,

Based from the error your getting, that means it's the OS that needs reinstalling. If your laptop came in with a factory reset disc do run it with it to reinstall Windows. But if the laptop didn't came in with a factory reset disc you can buy a Windows disc from a PC retailer or parts store.
