Restore Laptop To Factory Settings

I want to restore my mini acer pc to factory settings but can't remember my asministrator password, how can I reset my password?

Either that or get in touch with Microsoft. If you do they'll make you provide proof of ownership before they assist you.

you can quit replying, it is just as easy to say you don't have the answer, oh and by the way, I brought it into future shop and lo and behold, they did it no problem, so the next time I need tech support, I won't be here. Takes forever for an answer and nobody knows the right answer anyway, lol. Good luck in your little worlds.
