Restore my fone contacts and photos from stolen fone that was hacked and gmail plus pin was changed

How do i recover my contacts and photos from stolen fone that was hacked.
All info was changed , included gmail acct. Facebook was closed , all emails are gone . Can i recover on the gmail they created?

You mean they added a different gmail account? remove that one and add you old one back
