Well anyways enough of that bascially I beleive but im not too sure you need to mash the "F9" key from the moment you hit the power button on your lappy then you need to go to the repair option (the first option) press enter then press "F8" or "tab" not sure defo one of those two on the following window for more options. Then it'll probably detect your previous version of windows and if there is a password promt you for it to make sure that you havent stolen the lappy and just trying to make it like new againl. Then finally you select the option at the bottom of the page it'll format c: stick windows on again and restore all to factory settings.

Press F9 or 0 on boot up. This will bring up an option screen. On this screen, press F8 to launch the extended options menu. Once there, select Repair Your Computer. You will be greeted by an other options menu from which you will select the Restore Wizard (the last option in the Window).
There you have it...from that point on, you should be able to walk through the steps to complete your factory restore!
