Solved! Restore to factory without any disk

hey i have restored my toshiba satellite a couple times, but now when i get ready to sell it.. the same thing happens and i cant remember what to push on start up. shift+f10 or f12 or f11. can't remember please help

For Toshiba's, you hold down the zero key and power the laptop on.
