Restored factory settings, now can't login

I have reset my acer laptop to factory settings, the login screen shows administrator and user, it says administrator has been disable, and the user profile asks me for a user name and password, which nothing seems to work for.

Please help

If this is right after a restore, check the user manual for the passwords. Normally a base setup of a system does not set a password on the accounts, if your laptop model did, it would be listed somewhere.
