Revive or Restore dead device memory

I have a Android device whose screen broke and the entire device is neither powering up nor charging. Like it's completely dead ..it's there a way to revive it or to retrieve what's on it .

Maybe possible but you need to bring it to a repair shop to look what needs to be fixed.
