Hi I have a hisense h7 4k tv and I bought a Roku 4 for it. When putting the display type to 4k on the Roku, the home menu and channel menus worked, but when playing any sort of video, all I would get is a purple screen. I also replaced the Roku 4 because I thought it might be defective, but same problem. How did you get the Roku to work with your hisense h7? or does mine have a defective hdmi 2.0 port
