Root Note 3 Issue

So I rooted my Note 3 5.0 with Odin going through all the steps
When the phone loaded everything was fine
until I realized I cannot my menu button (left side or the home button)
When I press it even just tap it S-Finder Search comes up, not the menu option
Also my back button(right side of the home button) doesn't work any more
I tried, restarting, Factory reset, Unrooting, flashing a stock firmware on
and still nothing. The phone is now back to Stock Firmware, not rooted.

any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Im not worried about rooting anymore I just want the buttons to work again
