Running Premiere and Photoshop

Hey Guys,

I am looking into beginning basic video editing and such, and want to purchase a cheap laptop to run Photoshop CS6 (CS5 is okay, too) and Premiere Pro CC, and wanted to know if the below laptop would be able to do these things. Again, I do not need the latest versions of these programs and would be fine downgrading if necessary.

Any modern $500 laptop will run Photoshop and Premiere. The question is how long do you want to wait for it to apply changes and edits or render video?

For "good" use, you need a system with a real quad core CPU, not a low voltage budget part. Really the cost difference is a couple of weeks of going out for dinner, and you get 3-4-5 years of a good laptop.
