Runtime Error Windows8.1

Hey guys ive getting this error recently, it started popping 2 days ago saying "Runtime error! Program: CProgramData/BBUKAU/HQY.exe" This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information". I dont even know what program this is and what team developed it, but it keeps popping up like 3 times a day, and its irritating.Its icon in the task bar is like the illuminati pyramid ( yeah its sounds kinda funny but thats it ). Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance. ( I have windows 8.1 64-bit, for specs just ask and i shall give them if necessary)

Go into that folder and right click on that file then choose Properties to see if there's any clue as to the developer. It doesn't show up on a Google search anywhere.

Next, press Control, Shift and Escape together to bring up the Task Manager. If it's in the list, right click and select Open File Location. If that folder helps you find the programme in Control Panel Programmes and Features, uninstall it unless you recognise it.

Thanks for the quick answer, but the file BBUKAU is not there, what should I do?

If you search HQY.exe, it looks to be malware. Have you ran Malwarebytes and your antivirus?

No, i will ran malware bytes and report back in 12 hours or so, cant earlier, thanks though.

Ok so malwarebytes has finished scanning and that file (BBUKAY) was identified as a Trojan Key Logger or something like that, and over 294 files were scanned and infected so i deleted them all. So i should be ok now?

You should be. It's worth paying for the full version of MBAM and set it as a permanent guard. I'm taking the liberty of awarding Jugeum the Best Answer mainly because I completely missed the HQY.exe bit and only searched for BBUKAU.
