Need Urgent Help!!! Windows 10 Error

I am using Windows 10 pro 64 bit on my machine, I got a message from my Windows Defender Program about a Trojan malware in certain DLL file and asked me to restart to remove it, I carelessly restarted the system and got some error message(Again I was careless enough to ignore it whatever the hell it said).... Now I am facing trouble
1.) I can't use the start button anymore, neither can I search anything fro the task bar.
2.) All the 1 click shortcuts from my tak bar mysteriously disappeared.
3.) I Can't run any application without granting it Admin privileges. (Run as Admin)...
4.) Every saved cookie, Temp File, Browsing history including my Email accounts, passwords of social media are now missing, and are no longer even being saved.
4.) All the saved data from my Games(GTA 5 , Shadow Warrior 2 , Battlefield 1) have all gone missing..

Seriously, I am in DIRE NEED OF HELP!

boot into safe mode and run a malwarebytes scan.

If that doesn't work/find anything, restore from a backup that was made before the issues began.

If you don't have a backup, you might be boned. Reinstall windows

Could be your user profile got corrupted and using a temp one.
