S.d. card to gmail account

So my Phone was getting really hot and slowing down, i paniced and reformatted my s.d. card and tried to transfer my pic to google account, 3k pic on a 32gb sd card. Did erase my card

if you format your card, yes. you erase your card.
should have just turn it off.
