S duos not working when i am using mobile data

I am using two sims
SIM 1 for calls
SIM 2 for Internet
When i on the mobile data in SIM 2. i will not get any calls in SIM1 until some app stop using internet or i switch off the mobile data.

please tell me how to reslove this issue

Sounds normal to me. I don't have any experience with two sim telephones but think of it this way. A single sim phone when uses the internet and someone calls the internet is immediately cut of. I think there is no answer... this is how this things work. Might be wrong thought.
