S7 can't move or delete files from sd card

I can't move files from device to sd card and i cant delete files that are already in the sd card. I've gone all around the internet but can't find a way to fix this. I've tried restarting, my computer, etc. Can someone please help.

Sounds like it is a locked SD card.
