Hello ,

Enjoying laying on sofa with laptop computer on my chest near heart and navigating software and internet by using a wireless mouse rather than the keyboard , should I be concerned about any safety issues with radiation, , electromagnetism, etc ?

Realizing the machine is just an inch or two from my heart raises this a concern.

Thanks,

Thanks for replies so far.

Growing up in the era when color televisions emitted measurable amount of radiation and children were taught to sit several feet away from the t v , wave length emissions from any electrical device are a natural concern.

As for the foil recommendations , would aluminum be okay or does it have to be tin ? Tin is more expensive.

Well it's really up to you, if you want your next child to be born with 5 arms then go for the aluminium.

That gives me an idea:

1. Buy lots of cats- at least 6.

2. Buy a video camera.

3. Profit.

Who needs laptops and their annoying yearly upgrades to the latest and greatest whatever thingo when you can record videos of your cat army and be amused forever?
