Hello All,

Long story short I bought the sager 9150 and had problems right out of the box. After troubleshooting figured out that its overheating and throttling the CPU so it doesn't melt. Going to fix it today by redoing the Thermal paste that I had to pay extra $$ for Sager to put on... *Face Palm*

Sager Customer service is awful, and ive been waiting over 24hr's since I requested a call back from their website. (they have no direct Tech support #) Thank God I went through a reseller as they are amazing.. REFLEX NOTEBOOK was the reseller btw for all you Canadians that want sager products. Go to them...

After all this I have lost faith in SAGER and I know Alienware is very overpriced but they are solid builds and they have an easy system to go through for warranty purposes.

Basically they are very similar. Hard drive doesnt matter for me as I have a 240GB SSD waiting at home to be installed. Alienware I got a deal on is only $40.00 more expensive.

Should I return the SAGER and get Alienware? I'm thinking I should as its has a larger screen, 3D is kinda cool but no idea if I would use it. 2GB Model of 680M should be 5-10% faster then 4GB model at least its that way in desktop GPU's. Blu ray drive which is good but not really needed for me.

Anyway, Need your help.. Please give you opinions and related to some factual info.. Not just like Alienware sucks.. or Sager sucks.. lol..

Thanks in advance.
