Samsung galaxy 3 won't play videos

It will show the video but it is gray and distorted. I've cleared all my cache and it didn't help. Please help. My husband is having the same problem.

What videos are you trying to play? Ones you created, ones you have downloaded, or ones you are viewing online? Also, what app are you using for playing them?

when I am on FB . If I record a video it will play, but when I'm on FB it is all broken up and gray in color

Yes, I believe so. I had a different phone, we now have Samsung Galaxy 3's. Mine was fine with my old phone. So I think it has something to do with the Samsung phones.

Sounds like a setting in the Facebook app on the phone. That one I have not run into. You may want to check with them.
