Solved! Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime taken over without physical access?

Can someone tell me how to see a detailed report on the phone such as apps, permissions, etc., debugging maybe. I'm not really sure.

Because someone has been able to change my settings, use my camera, delete an app, and activate my microphone.

I appreciate that. That's pretty much what I thought would have to be done. I read everything I could find and got the impression that if I didn't find and fix how they got in that they could just come back and do it again, That's the reason I came here, to get help from those who know far more than I do. If you think that's all I need to do then I'll get started on it.To say that I'm new at this is an understatement, to say the least. Well, I certainly appreciate your time, thank you.
