Solved! Samsung Galaxy tab A s7. Cannot update emails or Facebook posts

I cannot pull up new emails on my Samsung Galaxy tab A s7. I occasionally will get a few new emails, but usually not anything new at all. Facebook also will not update its posts. I have rebooted. Still nothing. I can use pretty much everything else though.

Have you tried making sure those two apps are updated? Also, if that doesn't resolve it, you may want to uninstall them, reboot the tablet and then reinstall them.
