Samsung galaxy tab A stuck on reboot screen

Help My samsung galaxy tab A is stuck on reboot screen all i see on the screen is android and samsung logo

I also tried fatory reset powerplus vlume down and power plus volume up.
Ive pretty much tried EVERYTHING on youtube and this site too
But nothing.
PLEASE HELP🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁

Try loading it in "Safe Mode", using the instructions below, and see if it will load for you. If it does, then there is an app/app update, on the phone that needs to be removed.

To get into "Safe Mode" please do the following.

1. First turn off the tablet.

2. Next press and hold "Power" until you see the manufacturers logo on the screen, then release the power button.

3. "Quickly" press "Volume Down" and hold it for few seconds until you see the message "Safe mode: ON" or something similar.

4. If you wanted disable it, simply repeat the steps above, and you should see "Safe Mode: OFF" rather than on.
