Samsung GS3 Restarts when I unlock the SIM card

Hello,
My Samsung Galaxy S3 is giving me a problem. Whenever I restar my phone and get the SIM card unlock screen, and I unlock it, my phone automatically restarts.

Can someone tell me why is this happening and maybe give me a guide on how to solve this issue?
