I have just been awarded a Galaxy Ace by my company and am at the end of my tether trying to get my music loaded.
Kies spent a good half hour allegedly adding music: at the end of this I have a random selection of albums in a playlist called 'recently added' but the other 90% don't seem to be accessible. I can find album art etc in the file explorer, but not the tracks themselves, though usage of storage convinces me they are there somewhere.
The email advice is utterly useless, consistent with the manuals and help videos. On my old Blackberry I just plugged in and a minute later everything was dandy.
Anyone out there who can help this not very technical newbie?
