Samsung ln32c450 no power

Trying to salvage this Samsung. Inspected the capacitors visually and there are no buldging or split caps. Can I check voltage to determine where my problem starts. TV just doesn't power on. Red light is on front panel and there are no noises.

I am having the same issue with mine. I also have no visual indication there is anything wrong with the caps. Can anyone offer some insight as to what might be wrong ? - Dan

I am also having the same issue. Please let me know how it was fixed. Power ON, RED LIGHT ON, No Noise and No Display. The Capacitor also seems to be Good visually.
