Samsung LN40A550 has power but wont turn on. HELP

Samsung LN40A550 has power once plugged in but no picture or sound. I know its either the backlight inverter or the main board. I know the power supply board so I am leaning toward the main board. Any Ideas, Thanks

probably the capacitors, its a common problem with a 2 year run of samsung tvs like yours... look it up, its like a $40 fix and 5 minutes of time.
