Can not get Bluetooth Samsung keybord to operate

Does it pair then does it go on to connect? If it does both, there may be a setting in Inputs to allow a external device.

How do I pair it? It is not listed as an external device.

There is probably a button on the keyboard for you to press and hold down while asking Bluetooth to look for devices within range.
