samsung notebook 500t dock keyboard issues

The dock to my notebook had milk of all things spilled on it. Now when I try to enter my password on the 3rd letter (u) it goes to narrator and says " in order to make your computer run better" blah blah blah. If I restart the notebook off of the dock I can sign in with the touch screen. However when I put it back on the dock a pop up comes up and says USB device not detected. I'm able to certain things at this point but I'm wondering is there any fix to this issue?

Maybe reinstall the windows?
