Samsung or Hp

Hello all looking at two laptops spec is identical apparently one has matt screen other is gloss price difference is minimal

So I cant decide which is the best buy? which is most likely to be the stronger built? father has a dell which looks identical to the hp...

any advice would be great

I'd go with the Samsung one.Matt display is a big advantage specially outdoors
