Samsung reversed?

I have a Samsung SCH a670 camera phone. All of a sudden, Ive noticed
the pics I take are reversed? Left is right and Right is left. If the
picture has words in it, they are backwards like reversed in a mirror.
Am I missing a setting that Ive accidentially changed?

When in the picture taking mode the two volume buttons mirror the image, one
vertically and the other horizontally.
