Samsung S6 won't turn on after charging, the charging icon doesn't even show

Charged the phone from 0% up to 78% when i last checked it and decided to remove it from the charger to maximize its battery power but then forgot to remove it. 2 hrs passed until i checked the phone and its back became hot. I tried every recovery process that google showed from holding the power button to holding every buttons the phone has.

If it got overheated, then it is completely possible either the battery is bad and needs replacing or something internally got fried. In that case, if it is under warranty, I would contact the manufacturer. If it isn't under warranty, you can try a local tech.
