Samsung s7 fingerprint storage

Good morning all!

I have my new s7 and ive been using the fingerprint reader but I started seeing things about how some smartphones very insecurely store the fingerprint image.

I was wondering if anyone knew how/whre the s7 stores this file. The phone is fully encrypted so im thinking it may not be an issue but can anyone confirm that the image is securely stored in my phone and not online somewhere

Wow, S7 i envy you. Haha. I wasn't able to get any article regarding fingerprints being sent somewhere so i think its safe to say that your fingerprint is safe. have a great day!
