very annoying that update lost functionality of pointer on remote

why did they do this?



the link below that some machine posted is pointless - automatic, no official reads this stuff - just a maze of comments that lead no where most of the time

This has happened to me too. I have a ue48js8500. Really annoying. Anyone know of a fix?

there is no fix, the functionality has been lost - clearly no one bothered reviewing the changes

Check once again. I was experiencing the same problem after doing an upgrade in November. On Christmas day, the pointer function was finally working.
