i have downloaded the smart iptv app , uploaded the channels but when i try to turn a tv channel on it keeps telling me stream error and cannot connect , could this just be that my broadband signal is not strong enough

No way to know without knowing what your connection is and what you are running the program on and if you possibly have blocks on your connection as to what you can connect to. Did you check with the program support people?
