Solved! Samsung smart tv stuck in power loop

My Samsung curved smart tv is stuck in a power loop and never fully turns on, backlights come on but not picture or sound. I've replaced the main and power boards with the same issue persisting. Please help!

unplug all external cables and only power on with the power plug connected
