Samsung smart tv won't let me play my android tv box

I have been using Mxq android box for last 3months no problem. Today the tv has stopped allowing it??? It's saying cant load data but internet connected..please help in not tech minded..can get by with basic instructions.xx

The error message seems to be from the MXQ. The TV is letting you see the message so it is fine.
You can try unplugging the box from ac for 10 minutes and that it resets the box. Hope it's under warranty.
