How do I connect energy Bluetooth soundbar to Samsung smart TV digital cable hooked up to both, I have no cable or satellite just free over the air sounds come one air TV just 1 channel and sound comes on when I screen mirror I want sound to come on dtv air no sound I have uverse Internet but not hooked up to TV using wifi

It is possible that your soundbar also has an optical audio input and your TV has an optical audio out. Use that if you can.
If your only option is BT then you can connect one of these to the TV:

and pair it with the soundbar
