Solved! Samsung SmartTV UA40D5900 - MAIN BOARD BN94-05191R ISSUE

When powering on, the 7-8yr old Samsung SmartTV shows "Samsung SmartTV" logo and then reboots. Its an endless loop. This is the one I have: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/model/UA40D5900VRMXL/

I showed to a technician and he said main board is corrupted. I read online and seems that it is actually the main board issue.

But the other technician said it has software issue, since its powering on.

I am not sure what to do. As new board is not available (not sure where to get it online) and not sure if its repairable. I

Not sure if this will work.

For a 40" old TV, best thing is just replace it. A used working one would be under $100 for that size, and even a larger one can be found around $100 range.
A "universal" board is almost guaranteed not to work and would be a waste of money.
