Samsung SSD 850V 500 GB

Hi, I did cloning of Windows 7 Operating system using Samsung Magician software... when I am trying to create another partition it barely shrinks the C drive to 3476 Mbs only...
Any suggestions please?

I would try to get this down to one partition only, and don't compress the drive.
