I have a Samsung Galaxy tab3. I finally got it charging after kept pressing the power and down volume buttons for over 20 second! . But soon afterm charged, it opened nicely and a software update popped up. I have started the software update. Ever since my screen shows just the Samsung galaxy tab logo and will not charge or open up! Help please!
Sounds like you might need a hard reset on the Tab. I haven't done this myself, but there's a tutorial here about it: https
