Solved! Samsung TV cannot find Yamaha receiver

Hi,
First question here, hope you guys can help.
Have been using a Samsung TV and a Yamaha receiver for the last half year, everything seemed to be working fine until I moved to another apartment and installed everything there. Now my TV keeps telling me that there's no source selected. Besides that my TV keeps turning on and off.
I have everything setup the same way as before, cables are not the issue, since I have tried with multiple different ones.
TV is connected in port 1 (hdmi out on receiver) and has cable going out hdmi 1 (same way as before).
What can j do to solve this issue? It is driving me crazy.

With the TV unconnected to anything does it still turn on and off?
If so then there is an internal problem with the TV. Doing a factory reset might help, It could have been damaged in the move.
You may also have to do a full set up on the receiver. It may have lost all the previous settings.
